Short Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager that will bring substantial and positive changes to the way we recruit, train, evaluate, and retain our most valuable asset, our team members.  A leader to create and implement employee relations policies,  to help increase employees' job satisfaction across complex multinational & multi-country environments all with a focus on developing talent and promoting teamwork and collaborative oriented environment.  The chosen candidate will help shape and implement our company’s culture, devise a list of procedures and practices for hiring the best new employees.  Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and develop training programs that meet the needs of the company. Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits, and other facets of their employment that drive change while connecting employee engagement with customer satisfaction to help provide sustained financial results.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Devise and manage procedures for hiring new employees and managing our staff
  • Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them to meet the needs of the company
  • Create and implement employee relations policies to increase job satisfaction
  • Planning and directing internal company programs
  • Reviewing HR practices with Legal and IT to ensure consistency
  • Identifying strategies to address HR issues
  • Help establish salary policies and benefits for employees
  • Administering health and safety training
  • Creating incentives to help retain staff
  • Addressing discipline issues
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Manage internal and external communications with current and prospective employees about any facet of TAPTAP’s work environment
  • Evaluate and manage external human resources providers
  • Help define and implement career tracks within the organization
  • Define and implement action plans and performance reviews according to the corporate vision
  • Describe job roles and functions to match business hiring needs
  • Help define compensation policies globally and across business units
  • Help establish and implement comprehensive work-from-home policies and procedures per market



Requirements of the role:

  • Master in RRHH
  • 3+ years' experience in a HR leadership position
  • Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll, and other HR functions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • Speed and efficiency in the execution of projects.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Pro-activeness and commitment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills
