Short Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager that will bring substantial and positive changes to the way we recruit, train, evaluate, and retain our most valuable asset, our team members. A leader to create and implement employee relations policies, to help increase employees' job satisfaction across complex multinational & multi-country environments all with a focus on developing talent and promoting teamwork and collaborative oriented environment. The chosen candidate will help shape and implement our company’s culture, devise a list of procedures and practices for hiring the best new employees. Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and develop training programs that meet the needs of the company. Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits, and other facets of their employment that drive change while connecting employee engagement with customer satisfaction to help provide sustained financial results.
